The CItyRider gives you a relaxing ride wherever you travel thanks to an all-round suspension system fitted as standard. Coupled with a well-upholstered captain’s chair and an adjustable tiller, The CityRider lets you find the perfect position for driving in comfort.


For your on-road safety, the CityRider is fitted with a full lighting system front and rear, as well as a rear view mirror and a separate cable brake for peace of mind. This is a compact scooter, but it still manages to offer the performance of larger models with a top speed of 6 mph, a range 17 miles on a full charge, and a weight capacity of 350 pounds.

Free Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states. We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Shipping will be delayed until we have your street address. Please provide your phone number with purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we can not ship without it.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, Canada and other parts of the world will cost a different amount. Please contact us before purchase, if you would like this product shipped to an address outside the 48 contiguous states to find out the actual freight cost.

Return Policy

If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer. If defective, call or email us so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.

Call or email us if you wish to return a product. Product can be returned within 30 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

 

Manufacturer's WARRANTY : MODEL CityRider THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; including platform, seat post, and frame. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY One (1) year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component of the Scooter or charger is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, at EV Rider, LLC’s option, without charge. L abor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product. 6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY All spare parts carry a six month limited warranty from the day of sale. This includes replacement batteries and chargers sold separately from the original scooter purchase.
